The Hidden Origins of Crondall

April 26, 2024
19:00 - 21:30
All Saints Church, Crondall

A talk by Robin Assael that highlights how All Saints Church holds many secrets as to the people, history and conflicts that have helped to shape the very community we live in.

For example

Did you know that Henry Maxwell’s legacy, given in 1820, for the building of a school in Crondall, was for the education of ‘poor’ children in Crondall for the teaching of ‘reading, writing and arithmetic’. The original school is now used by Croft cafe and the community.

All are welcome. No ticket necessary.
We very much look forward to seeing you there!
